Delete your Froogle account

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to info@froogleapp.com from the email address on your Froogle account.
2. Use the subject line Froogle account deletion request.
3. Include the name on the account and the sign-in method you use (email, Google, Apple, or Facebook).

Froogle, Inc. will confirm the request and delete the account within a reasonable time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data we delete

• Your Froogle account, including your name, email address, and sign-in identifiers from Google, Apple, or Facebook.
• Saved favorites and offer history stored on your account.
• Account preferences and other information you provided in the app.

You can also remove individual saved businesses and offers inside the Froogle app without deleting your account.

Data we may keep

• Automatically collected information, such as app usage and device data, for up to 24 months. After that we may keep it only in aggregate form that does not identify you.
• Information we are required to retain for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, for as long as that obligation lasts.
• Copies in encrypted backups until those backups are replaced through our normal backup cycle.
• Information you gave directly to a business. That information is controlled by that business, not by your Froogle account.
